Q: How much is the shipping cost?

A: Shipping is free to most countries.

 

Q: What is your guarantee?

A: If AdrenaLinn III doesn't meet your expectations, return it (at your shipping expense) within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund.

 

Q: What happens if I need repair?

A: AdrenaLinn III is solidly designed and built so repair needs are very infrequent. However, in the rare event of a failure, all repairs can be done by sending you a user-replaceable part or circuit board. If your unit needs to be sent out, we have authorized service centers in most areas of the world and in those areas that we don't, we're happy to guide you or a local service center through the needed repair. Q: Is an AdrenaLinn IV coming?

A: There are no current plans for another AdrenaLinn model.

 

Q: What's the warranty?

A: Two years.

 

Q: If I buy from outside the U.S., must I pay import duties?

A: Yes. Click here to learn what your country charges for receiving imported shipments of "Sound Effects Pedals" (HS code 8543.70.9620). Note that our 30-day refund policy only applies if you accept the shipment, then after trying the product and deciding it's not for you, sending it back to us at your cost.
