AdrenaLinn Guitars CD by Craig Anderton

AdrenaLinn Guitars, an AIFF/Acidized WAV/ REX2 sample CD that's
part of M-Audio's ProSessions series of sample CDs, consists of
guitar loops based on sounds recorded through Roger Linn's AdrenaLinn
guitar processor. Suitable for chillout to hardcore techno, these
are haunting, rhythmic, beautiful, twisted, and novel sounds that
combine a guitar's organic, warm nature with synthesizer-type processing.
The loops in AdrenaLinn Guitars are intended to "accessorize"
existing compositions, and provide that extra element needed to
take a tune to the next level. But these two demos, created in Reason
on an Apple G3 laptop, use nothing but AdrenaLinn Guitars loops
and a ReDrum drum track.
" "Hot" is 147 BPM of electrorock rhythm, with cascading
filter effects, nasty power chords, and beat-synched rhythms. MP3
format (approx 1.7 MB). Click here

" "Cool" is a 107 BPM, more hypnotic-type piece,
with pads and filtered rhythms. It shows that rhythmic guitar loops
can be evocative as well as aggressive. MP3 format (approx. 2.4
MB). Click here
