Welcome to the Support page for the now-discontinued MPC60 Version 3.10 Software Upgrade. We'll a tiny company with lots of work to do, so before contacting us for support, I'd very much appreciate your trying the following:

1) Check the Frequency Asked Questions button at left. You'll be surprised how often your question will be answered there. 

2) Check the manual. A glance at the Table Of  Contents or Index will often route you quickly to your answer.  If you've misplaced your manual, you can download a copy by clicking the button at left.

Please note that other than our Version 3.10 software, we don't provide support for the MPC60 or any other Akai products.
