Online Store Help

Having problems placing an order on our online store? Here are a few tips:


Q.: I have problems ordering on the web site. What can I do?

A: Please check the following:

  1. The credit card number, card holder name and the billing address have to belong to the same person.
  2. If your address doesn’t include a state or province, please copy the name of your city into the state/province field. (Our stupid web store software hasn't learned that Europe isn't a state in the U.S.)

Q: I don’t have a credit card. Do you accept different payment methods?

A: Yes, you can pay us also via PayPal. To learn the correct shipping and tax (if applicable), go through the online order process, select your desired shipping method, write down the calculated shipping and tax but cancel when it asks for payment. Then make a PayPal payment to sales@rogerlinndesign and also send an email to the same address stating:

  • Your name
  • What product(s) you ordered
  • Your shipping address, phone and email address
  • The shipping method you chose
  • The total amount you paid via PayPal, as well as the individual costs for the product, shipping and tax (if applicable)

We will send you your order within 24 hours of receipt of your payment in our PayPal account.

Q: Do you accept money orders or personal checks?

A: We do accept money orders and personal checks from customers in the US. Please email us at sales@rogerlinndesign.com for details.


Q: What credit cards do you accept?

A: We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER. Note that Visa and Mastercards must be normal credit cards and not debit cards or prepaid cards.


Q: I still can't get it to work! What else can I do?
